performer/ trainer of physical theatre

I was born in Thessaloniki. I am a graduate of  «Theatre Studies» specializing in Physical Theatre, University of Huddersfield, UK (1999) and Degree Master in Arts (Distinction) sto «Ensemble Physical Theatre: Training and Performance» University of Huddersfield, UK. I have a special training in psychosomatic theater by Phillip Zarrilli (UK & Wales), in  the Ensemble Physical Theatre by John Britton (UK) and  in 'Voice and the Body' techniques by Chris Coe (UK).

I am associate director of DUENDE International Ensemble based in England (2010) and with activities in various parts of the world. I interpret, direct and  teach vocal training during the seminars and residencies of the group in Greece and abroad.

I work in the theatrical field since 1999 as performer and director.I  constantly teach Physical Theatre since 1999: Ensemble Physical Theatre, Voice and Kinesiology techniques, in Athens, Thessaloniki, Lesvos, Crete, Komotini, Greece, Cyprus and in England (University of Huddersfield & University of Oldham), Italy, Switzerland, Holland. I research and teach my own approach 'Voice is the Body - The dynamics of the voice as a body'.

My recent experimental performance is the Solo Performance 'MEDuLA', based on the Medea of Euripides, with live music on stage which  premiered in Geneva and is touring in Thessaloniki and Athens.
